Warranty Policy

5.1 Warranty Provider

Each warranted product should identify the responsible provider: manufacturer, authorized distributor, seller or ClickShoppy where expressly applicable.

5.2 Required Information

Product pages should show warranty duration, coverage, key exclusions and claim route where a warranty is offered.

5.3 Claims

Customers may submit order ID, serial number, issue description and supporting media. The responsible warranty provider determines repair, replacement or other remedy subject to law and stated warranty conditions.

5.4 Exclusions

Subject to applicable law, coverage may exclude misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, unsupported liquid damage, normal wear and other excluded events stated before purchase.

5.5 Seller Responsibility

Sellers must honor warranties represented in their listings and must not misrepresent manufacturer or distributor warranty status.
