Marketplace Seller Policy
Version 0.9 · Effective 2026-10-07
8.1 Eligibility and Verification
Sellers must maintain accurate legal entity, CR, VAT (where applicable), National Address, contact and verified bank/IBAN information and provide requested supporting documents.
8.2 Listings
Sellers must provide accurate titles, descriptions, images, Arabic/English content where required, stock, pricing, warranty and product identifiers. Misleading “official” or “authorized” claims are prohibited without evidence.
8.3 Products
Counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, prohibited or unauthorized products are forbidden. ClickShoppy may remove listings and request documentation.
8.4 Pricing and Inventory
Sellers are responsible for accurate prices, MOQ/tier prices for B2B and stock. Shared inventory across B2C/B2B should reflect actual physical stock.
8.5 Orders and SLA
Sellers must process orders within the required preparation/dispatch SLA, keep shipment information accurate and avoid avoidable cancellations.
8.6 Returns, Warranty and Support
Sellers must comply with ClickShoppy return/refund procedures, honor stated warranties and respond to customer/service tickets within required timelines.
8.7 Payments and Settlement
ClickShoppy may collect customer payments. B2C seller proceeds generally become settlement-eligible after a 7-day hold, subject to returns, disputes, chargebacks, fraud review and other lawful holds. B2B seller proceeds generally become eligible after confirmed delivery and payment verification. Eligible balances are normally settled monthly.
8.8 Fees
Commission, subscriptions, fulfillment, promotional and other seller fees are governed by the seller commercial agreement/settings and should be visible in seller statements.
8.9 Performance and Enforcement
Seller health may consider late dispatch, cancellation, returns, complaints, listing violations, authenticity issues and other performance indicators. ClickShoppy may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate seller privileges according to policy and applicable law.
8.10 Audit Trail
Material seller-account, payout, listing, compliance and enforcement actions should be logged.
