ClickShoppy Business Buyer Terms
Version 0.9 · Effective 2026-10-07
11.1 Business Account
A business must provide accurate company details and maintain authorized users. ClickShoppy may verify CR, VAT, National Address and related documents.
11.2 Roles and Approvals
Companies may assign owner, buyer, approver, accountant and other roles. Orders may be subject to internal company approval rules configured by the account owner.
11.3 Commercial Terms
Business listings may include MOQ, pack/carton rules, quantity tiers, RFQ availability, negotiated prices and business-specific delivery methods.
11.4 RFQ and Quotations
An RFQ is a request for commercial terms and is not itself an accepted order. A quotation should identify seller, items, quantity, unit price, VAT, shipping, payment terms, delivery terms and expiry. Acceptance may create an order subject to payment and verification.
11.5 PO and References
Business buyers may add PO numbers, cost centers, branch references or internal notes. These references do not override ClickShoppy/seller terms unless expressly agreed.
11.6 VAT Invoices
The marketplace seller is responsible for issuing the applicable B2B VAT invoice for its sale.
11.7 Bank Transfer
Where enabled, bank-transfer orders may require receipt upload and finance verification before fulfillment.
11.8 Returns
B2B returns may be subject to quotation/PO terms, bulk packaging and custom sourcing, without limiting mandatory law.
