Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

3.1 ClickShoppy Commercial Return Window

ClickShoppy generally allows eligible products to be returned within 14 calendar days from successful delivery. This is a ClickShoppy commercial policy and does not reduce any mandatory rights available under Saudi law.

3.2 Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for eligible unused products, incorrect items, materially misdescribed items, damaged items and defective items, subject to the product category and applicable law.

3.3 Condition

Unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, a returned product should normally be unused, complete, in original condition, with packaging, accessories, manuals and serial numbers intact.

3.4 Exclusions

Subject to law, restrictions may apply to made-to-order/personalized products, certain hygiene-sensitive or opened personal-care products, perishable products, activated software/digital goods, products damaged by misuse and other legally permitted exclusions.

3.5 How to Request

Customer selects Account > Orders > Return Item, chooses quantity and reason, and may upload photos/video. The system should issue a return reference.

3.6 Inspection

A returned item may be inspected before final approval. Inspection must not be used to defeat mandatory consumer rights.

3.7 Refund Processing

After refund approval, ClickShoppy targets submission of the refund to the payment channel within 2-5 business days. The customer’s bank, card network or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

3.8 Refund Method

Where practicable and legally appropriate, refunds are sent to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required.

3.9 Partial Returns

Eligible items from a multi-item or multi-seller order may be returned individually.

3.10 B2B Returns

Business-order return conditions may additionally depend on quotation terms, PO terms, bulk packaging, custom sourcing and negotiated commercial conditions, without limiting mandatory rights that apply.
