2.1 Seller and Contract Information

The product or order record should identify the seller, material product characteristics, price, applicable VAT, delivery charges, fulfillment method, expected delivery and warranty information before order completion.

2.2 Order Formation

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Confirmation is subject to stock, payment authorization, seller acceptance where applicable and fraud/compliance checks.

2.3 Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals unless stated otherwise. Taxes and material charges should be disclosed before confirmation. The marketplace seller is responsible for issuing the applicable B2C or B2B VAT invoice for its sale.

2.4 Payment

ClickShoppy may collect customer payments through Telr and other approved providers. Supported methods may include Mada, Visa, Mastercard and other methods enabled in checkout. BNPL is offered only if separately activated through an approved provider.

2.5 Multi-Seller Orders

A single checkout may be divided into seller suborders, separate shipments, invoices, returns and seller settlements.

2.6 Availability and Cancellation

Products remain subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, the affected item may be cancelled and the appropriate refund initiated. Customer cancellation rights remain subject to order status, product category, seller terms and mandatory law.

Returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims are governed by the dedicated policies below and applicable law.
