1.1 Operator and Scope

ClickShoppy is operated by Fajur Business Solutions Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms govern the website, mobile applications, Seller Center, ClickShoppy Business, ClickShoppy Quick, ClickShoppy Street, video/live shopping features and related services.

1.2 Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be legally capable of using the service and entering into applicable transactions. Business users represent that they have authority to act for the company they register. Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and promptly update material account information.

1.3 Account Types

ClickShoppy may support personal B2C buyers, business buyers, sellers, seller staff, delivery users and administrators. A single identity may be permitted to switch between authorized personal, business and seller contexts.

1.4 Marketplace Role

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fajur Business Solutions Company operates the marketplace platform and is not the seller of third-party products. The relevant marketplace seller is identified on the listing, order or invoice. ClickShoppy may facilitate payment collection, order processing, delivery coordination, customer support, returns, refunds and seller settlements.

1.5 Prohibited Use

Users must not engage in fraud, payment abuse, fake orders, unauthorized access, malicious code, review manipulation, prohibited-product activity, intellectual-property infringement, deceptive listings, circumvention of security controls or other unlawful conduct.

1.6 User Content

Users may submit reviews, questions, images, videos, RFQs, quotations, support messages and other content. Users are responsible for having the right to submit such content. ClickShoppy may remove or restrict content that violates law, rights of others or platform policy.

1.7 AI Features

ClickShoppy may provide AI-assisted search, image matching, product comparison, recommendations, translation, RFQ parsing, listing assistance and support. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not replace product specifications, seller commitments, legal requirements or professional advice.

1.8 Suspension

ClickShoppy may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, policy enforcement, legal compliance, payment risk or investigation.

1.9 Intellectual Property

ClickShoppy software, branding, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

1.10 Changes and Governing Framework

ClickShoppy may update these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes should be communicated appropriately. These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
