9.1 Prohibited Conduct

Counterfeit products, unauthorized trademark use, copyright infringement, deceptive brand claims and unauthorized use of protected product images/content are prohibited.

9.2 Rights-Owner Reporting

Provide an online report form requesting rights-owner identity, protected right, affected product/store URL, evidence and contact information.

9.3 Review and Action

ClickShoppy may temporarily restrict or remove content during investigation, request seller evidence, restore listings when appropriate and take action against repeat infringers.

9.4 Good-Faith Reporting

Reporters must submit accurate claims and may be responsible for misuse of the reporting process.
