TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WRONG, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Click Shoppy monitor all it transaction closely, but unusually if an item received with following conditions, you can raise return request immediately.
Item is physically damaged / defective
Varies from the description
Wrong item delivered
We will schedule shipment return. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and proceed refund process. You will get item price including shipment fee (if any) and we will not charge you for return shipment.
CONDITIONS, WHEN RETURN NOT ACCEPTABLE
We will not accept return in following situations
- Return request is made after 10 days
- Product is used, washed, altered, tampered or not in the same condition as you received it.
- The items under non-returnable list
- Products soiled or missing anything from package such as serial numbers, labels, tags, leaflets, freebies or anything else delivered with product.
CHANGED MIND, NEED TO RETURN
We consider and respect your thoughts. If you changed your mind before receiving the item, just contact us immediately via Help Center or order dashboard in your account. The order will be cancelled immediate basis.
Even though, if the shipment is dispatched from origin, there is a chance, that delivery agent may contact you to deliver item. You should not receive the item and should inform to agent that the item has been cancelled. If you accept the item Click Shoppy will not consider your cancellation.
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can return the item with following terms and conditions.
- The items should not be in non-refundable list or comes with special non-return policy
- The items with original ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.
In this case you may not pay for return shipment fee, if you are in Express Delivery Location. Otherwise you need to pay return shipment fee. Express Delivery locations is listed in Express Delivery page on site.

- You read and review the return policy and understood your order or product on an order can be returned
- Initiate return request
- Click Shoppy will review your request, may ask you any further information and send you return shipment AWB (if your request is eligible as per Click Shoppy policies)
- You pack the item carefully in secure manner and paste AWB on top of the package
- Courier representative will contact you to collect the package or you may need to drop off the item to your nearest courier office
- Click Shoppy receive the item, inspect and proceed refund process as per policy
We will initiate refund to the following modes once your item is received and inspected by us or the seller:

We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
If the payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you one of the modes mentioned above.
